Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to make a marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until it is cooked through and slightly browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the cooked chicken from the pan and set it aside.
- In the same pan, add the chopped onion and cook until it becomes translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the chopped tomato and green chili to the pan. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan and mix well with the onion and tomato mixture. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Serve the Sadeko hot with lime wedges on the side.
