Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Wrap the pita bread in aluminum foil and warm it in the oven for 5 minutes.
  3. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  4. Add ground coffee to a French press or coffee maker.
  5. Pour the boiling water over the coffee and let it steep for 4 minutes.
  6. Press the coffee or strain it into cups.
  7. In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your desired doneness.
  8. Spread hummus on one side of each warmed pita bread.
  9. Drizzle tahini sauce over the hummus.
  10. Top with Israeli salad, pickled cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and fresh parsley.
  11. Season with salt and pepper.
  12. Place a fried egg on top of each pita bread.
  13. Serve the Sabich Coffee with a cup of freshly brewed coffee.
