Sabich Coffee is a savory Israeli breakfast dish that combines the flavors of sabich sandwich and coffee.

- Water - 1 cup
- Ground coffee - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Cherry tomatoes - 8
- Pickled cucumbers - 4 slices
- Israeli salad - 1 cup
- Tahini sauce - 1/4 cup
- Hummus - 1/2 cup
- Eggs - 4
- Pita bread - 2
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Wrap the pita bread in aluminum foil and warm it in the oven for 5 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil.
- Add ground coffee to a French press or coffee maker.
- Pour the boiling water over the coffee and let it steep for 4 minutes.
- Press the coffee or strain it into cups.
- In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your desired doneness.
- Spread hummus on one side of each warmed pita bread.
- Drizzle tahini sauce over the hummus.
- Top with Israeli salad, pickled cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and fresh parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper.
