Ingredients - Serves 4
- Crushed graham crackers - 1/4 cup
- Mini marshmallows - 1/2 cup
- Chocolate chips - 1/2 cup
- Unsalted butter - 2 tablespoons, melted
- Egg - 1
- Milk - 1 1/4 cups
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
- All-purpose flour - 1 1/2 cups
- Graham cracker crumbs - 1/2 cup
Let's Get Started
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
