S'mores Cookies
These s'mores cookies are made with graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and marshmallows.
Ingredients - Serves 24
- Marshmallows - 1 cup, chopped
- Chocolate chips - 1 cup
- Graham cracker crumbs - 1 cup
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour - 2 1/2 cups
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Egg - 1
- Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- Granulated sugar - 1 cup
- Butter - 1 cup, softened
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and marshmallows.
- Drop the dough by the tablespoonful onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
