  2. Rinse the chicken inside and out, then pat dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the garlic mixture all over the chicken, both inside and out. Make sure to get under the skin as well.
  5. Stuff the cavity of the chicken with the rosemary sprigs and lemon wedges.
