Rosemary and Garlic Roasted Pork Belly

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Score the skin of the pork belly with a sharp knife, making shallow cuts in a crisscross pattern.
  3. Rub the minced garlic, salt, and black pepper all over the pork belly, including the scored skin.
  4. Place the rosemary sprigs on top of the pork belly.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil over the pork belly and rub it in.
  6. Transfer the pork belly to a roasting pan, skin side up.
  7. Roast in the preheated oven for 3 hours, or until the skin is crispy and the meat is tender.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
