Risoto de Camarão

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook until soft.
  2. Add the rice and cook for a few minutes, until it starts to become translucent.
  3. Add the wine and stir until it is absorbed by the rice.
  4. Add the chicken broth, one cup at a time, stirring constantly until each cup is absorbed before adding the next.
  5. When the rice is almost cooked, add the shrimp and cook until they are pink and cooked through.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese and butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve the risotto garnished with parsley.
