Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta, spinach, Parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Stuff each pasta shell with a generous amount of the ricotta and spinach mixture and arrange in the baking dish.
  6. Top with the shredded mozzarella.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
