Rice Bowl
This delicious teriyaki chicken rice bowl is packed with flavor and makes for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Carrots - 1/2 cup, julienned
- Broccoli - 1 cup, steamed
- Cooked rice - 2 cups
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Teriyaki sauce - 1/4 cup
- Chicken breast - 2, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
