Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the rice and spaghetti pieces, stirring to coat with the butter.
  3. Cook until the spaghetti pieces are golden brown and the rice is slightly toasted.
  4. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth, then season with salt and pepper.
