Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the chopped carrot, cabbage, and green onion to the eggs and mix well.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until set, then flip and cook the other side.
  5. In the same pan, add the remaining butter and toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  6. Assemble the sandwich by placing a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on one piece of toast.
  7. Cut the cooked egg mixture in half and place one half on top of the cheese.
  8. Sprinkle with sugar, then drizzle with ketchup and mayonnaise.
  9. Top with the second piece of toast. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make the second sandwich.
  10. Serve the Gilgeori Toast hot.
