Red Osier Roast Beef

- Water - 1 cup
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Red osier sauce - 1 cup
- Roast beef - 3 pounds

- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
