  1. To make the pasta, combine the flour, eggs, and salt in a large bowl. Knead until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. For the filling, mix the spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, and nutmeg in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the pasta dough and cut into squares. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square. Fold the dough over to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.
  4. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the ravioli and cook until they float to the top, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. While the ravioli is cooking, make the sauce. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the tomato sauce and basil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Drain the ravioli and serve with the tomato sauce.
