Ingredients - Serves 2

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked ramen noodles with the seasoning packets from the ramen packages.
  3. Divide the noodle mixture into 4 equal portions. Press each portion into a round mold or a small bowl to form the bun shape. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the ground beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form the beef mixture into 2 patties.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Remove the ramen buns from the refrigerator and carefully remove them from the molds or bowls.
  7. In the same skillet, toast the ramen buns for about 2 minutes on each side, or until crispy.
  8. Assemble the burger by placing a ramen bun on the bottom, followed by a beef patty, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayonnaise, and ketchup. Top with another ramen bun.
  9. Serve the Ramen Burger immediately and enjoy!
