Quinoa Dosa

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Soak the quinoa, rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds in water for 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Drain the water and grind the mixture into a smooth batter, adding water as required.
  3. Add salt to the batter and let it ferment for 8 hours or overnight.
  4. Heat a dosa pan or non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
  6. Drizzle some oil around the edges of the dosa and cook until it turns golden brown.
  7. Flip the dosa and cook the other side until golden brown.
  8. Serve the quinoa dosa hot with chutney or sambar.
