  1. Soak the dried apricots in water overnight.
  2. The next day, cook the apricots in the same water on medium heat until they become soft.
  3. Remove the apricots from the heat and let them cool. Once cooled, remove the seeds and extract the almond-like nuts.
  4. In a separate pan, add the sugar and 1 cup of water and bring to a boil to make a syrup.
  5. Add the cooked apricots and cardamom powder to the syrup and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Garnish with the extracted nuts, slivered almonds, and whipped cream before serving.
