Qubani Ka Meetha

- Almonds - 2 tablespoons, blanched and slivered
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Water - 3 cups
- Dried apricots - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- Soak the dried apricots in water overnight.
- The next day, cook the apricots in the same water on medium heat until they become soft.
- Remove the apricots from the heat and let them cool. Once cooled, remove the seeds and extract the almond-like nuts.
- In a separate pan, add the sugar and 1 cup of water and bring to a boil to make a syrup.
- Add the cooked apricots and cardamom powder to the syrup and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with the extracted nuts, slivered almonds, and whipped cream before serving.
