  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine the milk, oil, and salt and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Once boiling, remove from heat immediately and add the tapioca flour. Stir until the mixture is smooth and the flour is completely incorporated.
  4. Let the mixture cool for a few minutes, then add the eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
  5. Add the cheese and mix until well combined.
  6. Using a spoon or an ice cream scoop, drop rounded, 1-inch balls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the breads are puffed and golden.
