Prawn Masala

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Saute until they turn golden brown.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger and saute for a few more minutes.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
  4. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink.
  6. Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
