Prawn Ceviche Tostadas

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Tostada shells - 8
- Salt - To taste
- Jalapeno - 1, seeded and finely chopped
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Avocado - 1, diced
- Cucumber - 1/2 cup, diced
- Tomato - 1/2 cup, diced
- Red onion - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Lime juice - 1/2 cup
- Prawns - 1 pound, peeled and deveined
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the prawns and lime juice. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Add the red onion, tomato, cucumber, avocado, cilantro, jalapeno, and salt to the prawns. Mix well to combine.
