Let's Get Started

  1. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, minced garlic, bay leaves, and white wine. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours.
  2. Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and set them aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the marinade and cook for a few minutes until it reduces into a sauce.
  6. Serve the steaks with the sauce and a drizzle of piri piri sauce.
