- Fresh thyme - 1 sprig
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Shallots - 6, thinly sliced
- Pork tenderloin - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter.
- Sear the pork tenderloin on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.

- Slice the pork tenderloin and serve with the caramelized shallots on top.
