Pork Tenderloin with Apple Chutney

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and sear on all sides until browned.
  4. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast the pork for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  5. While the pork is roasting, make the apple chutney. In a saucepan, combine the apples, onion, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and cinnamon. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the apples are soft and the chutney is thickened.
  6. Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve the pork slices topped with the apple chutney.
