Pork and Beans

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- Tomato sauce - 1 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, chopped
- Pork shoulder - 1 pound, cut into chunks
- Dried navy beans - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Soak the navy beans in water overnight, then drain.
- In a large pot, brown the pork shoulder chunks on all sides.
