Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a pan, heat a little oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add the mushrooms, cabbage, and carrots to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  3. Add the glass noodles, soy sauce, and white pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat and let the filling cool.
  4. Place a spoonful of the filling on each spring roll wrapper. Fold the sides in and roll up tightly, sealing the edge with a little water.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer. Once hot, add the spring rolls and fry until golden brown.
  6. Remove the spring rolls from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve the Por Pia Tord hot with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
