Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts, and glass noodles.
  2. Add the soy sauce and mix well.
  3. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each spring roll wrapper and roll tightly, sealing the edges with a little water.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F.
  5. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve with sweet chili sauce.
