Polvorones
Polvorones are a traditional Spanish dessert, especially popular during the Christmas season. They are a type of shortbread made of flour, sugar, milk, and nuts.

- Powdered sugar - For dusting
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Almonds - 1/2 cup, finely ground
- Unsalted butter - 1 cup, room temperature
- Sugar - 1 cup
- All-purpose flour - 2 cups
