Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Place the octopus in a large pot with water and boil for about 20 minutes.
  3. Drain the octopus and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Add the potatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika to the baking dish and mix well.
  5. Pour the white wine over the octopus and potatoes.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes, or until the octopus is tender and the potatoes are golden.
