Polipo Alla Luciana

- Octopus - 1 kg, cleaned
Let's Get Started
- Clean the octopus and cut it into pieces.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the octopus pieces to the pot and cook for a few minutes until they start to change color.
- Add the tomatoes, olives, and capers to the pot. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 2 hours, or until the octopus is tender.
