  2. Add the fish fillets to the marinade and ensure they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated fish fillets. Fry each side for about 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove the fish from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  6. Serve the fish hot with a side of jasmine rice and fresh vegetables.
