Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the ham and salami until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses. Add the eggs and black pepper and mix well.
  5. Add the cooked sausage, ham, and salami to the cheese mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Place one pie crust in the bottom of a deep-dish pie plate. Pour the filling into the crust.
  7. Place the second pie crust on top of the filling. Crimp the edges of the crusts together to seal.
  8. Bake for 1 hour, or until the crust is golden and the filling is set.
  9. Let the pie cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
