Pistachio Crusted Salmon

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard and honey.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the chopped pistachios and Panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Brush the mustard-honey mixture over the top of each salmon fillet.
  6. Press the pistachio mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet, making sure to cover the mustard-honey mixture completely.
  7. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the pistachio crust is golden.
