Pionono
Pionono is a delicious rolled cake filled with dulce de leche and topped with powdered sugar.

- Powdered sugar - For dusting
- Dulce de leche - 1 cup
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour - 1/2 cup
- Granulated sugar - 1/2 cup
- Eggs - 4

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

- Place a clean kitchen towel on a flat surface and dust it with powdered sugar.
- Carefully transfer the cake onto the towel and remove the parchment paper.
- Spread the dulce de leche evenly over the cake.
- Using the towel, roll the cake tightly from one end to the other.
- Place the rolled cake on a serving platter and dust with powdered sugar.
- Slice and serve the pionono.
