  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Gradually add the flour and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the batter onto it, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cake is golden and springs back when touched.
  6. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  7. Place a clean kitchen towel on a flat surface and dust it with powdered sugar.
  8. Carefully transfer the cake onto the towel and remove the parchment paper.
  9. Spread the dulce de leche evenly over the cake.
  10. Using the towel, roll the cake tightly from one end to the other.
  11. Place the rolled cake on a serving platter and dust with powdered sugar.
  12. Slice and serve the pionono.
