Pinto Bean and Cornbread Stuffing
This flavorful stuffing combines pinto beans, cornbread, and savory herbs for a delicious side dish.

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Butter - 4 tablespoons, melted
- Vegetable broth - 2 cups
- Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Fresh sage - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Fresh parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Celery - 2 stalks, diced
- Onion - 1 medium, diced
- Pinto beans - 2 cups, cooked
- Cornbread - 6 cups, crumbled

- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
