Pineapple Panna Cotta

Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Drain the canned pineapple chunks and reserve the juice.
  2. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, sugar, and reserved pineapple juice over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
  5. Add the canned pineapple chunks and vanilla extract to the saucepan and stir well.
  6. Pour the mixture into individual serving glasses or molds.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  8. Before serving, garnish with fresh pineapple slices and mint leaves.
