- Bay leaf - 1
- Salt and pepper - To taste

- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Onions - 2, chopped
- Beef - 500 grams, cut into cubes
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add the onions, garlic, tomatoes, and bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
- Add the salt, pepper, and bay leaf. Stir to combine.

- In the meantime, cook the rice according to the package instructions.
- Heat the black beans in a separate pot.
- Serve the beef stew with the rice and beans on the side.
