- Green beans - 1 cup, chopped
- Holy basil leaves - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Ground chicken - 500 grams
- Thai chilies - 2, finely chopped
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and chilies and stir-fry for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Add the ground chicken and stir-fry until it's fully cooked.
