Pepperoni Stromboli
This delicious pepperoni stromboli is filled with pepperoni, cheese, and a flavorful tomato sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons, grated
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce - 1/2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Pepperoni slices - 1 cup
- Pizza dough - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle shape on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the sauce.
- Layer the pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.
- Starting from one of the long sides, tightly roll up the dough into a log shape.
- Place the stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
