Pea and Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 2

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the peas and cook for 3-4 minutes, until they are tender.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, cornstarch, and vegetable broth.
  6. Pour the sauce into the skillet with the peas and cook for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  7. Add the cooked tofu back to the skillet and toss to coat it with the sauce.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve the pea and tofu stir fry over cooked rice.
  10. Garnish with sliced green onions.
