Pea and Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add peas and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  6. Return the shrimp to the skillet and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  7. Stir fry for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce coats the shrimp and peas.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with sliced green onions.
  10. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
