Pav Bhaji Dosa

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat a pan and add butter, onions, and tomatoes. Saute until they turn soft.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables and pav bhaji masala. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
  3. Mash the cooked vegetables slightly and keep the bhaji aside.
  4. Heat a dosa tawa and pour a ladleful of dosa batter. Spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
  5. Spread a portion of the prepared bhaji over the dosa and cook until the dosa turns golden brown and crisp from the bottom.
  6. Fold the dosa and remove from the tawa.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with coconut chutney.
