Pav Bhaji Dosa
A delicious fusion of the South Indian Dosa and the North Indian Pav Bhaji. It's a perfect meal for any time of the day.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Coriander leaves - For garnishing
- Salt - To taste
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Tomatoes - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Onions - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Mixed vegetables - 1 cup, finely chopped
- Pav bhaji masala - 2 tablespoons
- Dosa batter - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Heat a pan and add butter, onions, and tomatoes. Saute until they turn soft.
- Add the mixed vegetables and pav bhaji masala. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
- Mash the cooked vegetables slightly and keep the bhaji aside.
- Heat a dosa tawa and pour a ladleful of dosa batter. Spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
- Spread a portion of the prepared bhaji over the dosa and cook until the dosa turns golden brown and crisp from the bottom.
- Fold the dosa and remove from the tawa.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with coconut chutney.
