Pataniscas de Bacalhau

- Flour - 150 grams
- Parsley - A handful, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

- Salted cod - 500 grams, soaked and shredded
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the shredded cod, chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until you get a smooth batter.
- Add the cod mixture to the batter and stir until well combined.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Using a spoon, drop dollops of the batter into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the fritters with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Serve the pataniscas de bacalhau hot, with a side of salad or as an appetizer.
