Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the pastrami in a skillet over medium heat until it's warmed through.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mustard and hot sauce.
  3. Warm the taco shells in the oven according to the package instructions.
  4. Spread a layer of the mustard sauce on the inside of each taco shell.
  5. Fill each taco shell with a layer of pastrami, a sprinkle of Swiss cheese, a spoonful of sauerkraut, and a few pickle slices.
  6. Serve the tacos immediately, with extra mustard sauce on the side.
