Pastrami Burger
A delicious burger topped with savory pastrami, Swiss cheese, and a tangy sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Pickle slices - 8
- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
- Hamburger buns - 4
- Swiss cheese - 4 slices
- Pastrami - 8 slices
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form into 4 patties.
- Grill the patties for 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Top each patty with 2 slices of pastrami and a slice of Swiss cheese. Close the grill and cook until the cheese is melted.
- While the burgers are cooking, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the bottom half of each bun.
- Place a burger on each bun and top with 2 pickle slices.
- Cover with the top half of the bun and serve.
