Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form into 4 patties.
  3. Grill the patties for 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  4. Top each patty with 2 slices of pastrami and a slice of Swiss cheese. Close the grill and cook until the cheese is melted.
  5. While the burgers are cooking, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  6. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the bottom half of each bun.
  7. Place a burger on each bun and top with 2 pickle slices.
  8. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve.
