Pacific Heights Paninis
A delicious and hearty panini sandwich filled with turkey, avocado, and a tangy spread.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
- Swiss cheese - 8 slices
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Turkey breast - 1 pound, sliced
- Sourdough bread - 8 slices
Let's Get Started
- Spread one side of each slice of bread with mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
- Layer the turkey, avocado, and Swiss cheese on four slices of bread. Top with the remaining slices of bread.
- Heat the olive oil in a panini press or on a griddle over medium heat.
- Cook the sandwiches until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes per side.
- Cut the sandwiches in half and serve warm.
