Salami and Provolone Panini
This delicious panini is filled with savory salami, melted provolone cheese, and flavorful condiments.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Pickles - 4 slices
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Provolone cheese - 4 slices
- Salami - 8 slices
- Ciabatta bread - 1 loaf, sliced
Let's Get Started
- Preheat a panini press or a grill pan.
- Spread Dijon mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer salami, provolone cheese, and pickles on half of the bread slices.
- Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
- Spread butter on the outside of each sandwich.
- Place the sandwiches in the panini press or grill pan and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the heat and let cool for a few minutes.
