Salami and Provolone Panini

Ingredients - Serves 2

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat a panini press or a grill pan.
  2. Spread Dijon mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer salami, provolone cheese, and pickles on half of the bread slices.
  4. Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
  5. Spread butter on the outside of each sandwich.
  6. Place the sandwiches in the panini press or grill pan and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the heat and let cool for a few minutes.
  8. Slice the panini in half and serve warm.
