  3. Continue to stir the mixture for about 15 minutes, until it thickens.
  4. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the butter until it's fully incorporated.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  6. Spread half of the cornmeal mixture into the bottom of the dish.
  7. Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheese evenly over the cornmeal.
  8. Spread the remaining cornmeal mixture over the cheese, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Allow the dish to cool for a few minutes before serving.
