Ingredients - Serves 4
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Sage leaves - 10
- Butter - 1/2 cup
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour - 2 cups
- Egg - 1

Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, mashed potato, egg, flour, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- On a floured surface, divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll each piece into a long rope, then cut into 1-inch pieces to form the gnocchi.

- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sage leaves and cook until the butter is browned and the sage is crispy.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss to coat in the sage butter.
