Parsnip and Potato Gratin
This creamy and flavorful parsnip and potato gratin is the perfect side dish for any meal.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Butter - 2 tablespoons, melted
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Potatoes - 4 medium, peeled and thinly sliced
- Parsnips - 4 medium, peeled and thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the parsnips, potatoes, heavy cream, garlic, Parmesan cheese, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the vegetables.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
