Indian Butter Chicken Poutine

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and bake the french fries according to the package instructions.
  2. While the fries are baking, heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until it is no longer pink.
  5. Add the garam masala and tomato puree to the skillet and stir to combine.
  6. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Simmer for 10 minutes.
