Indian Butter Chicken Poutine

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Cheese curds - 2 cups
- French fries - 1 bag, frozen
- Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
- Tomato puree - 1 cup
- Garam masala - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, finely chopped
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken breasts - 2, cubed

- Preheat the oven to 425°F and bake the french fries according to the package instructions.
- While the fries are baking, heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until it is no longer pink.
- Add the garam masala and tomato puree to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Once the fries are done, arrange them in a serving dish and top with the cheese curds.
- Pour the butter chicken mixture over the fries and cheese curds.
