This is a simple yet delicious side dish of roasted broccoli with a hint of parmesan cheese.

- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Broccoli - 1 large head, cut into florets
